Pre-treatment system
This system is used as a pre-treatment for painting by degreasing and cleaning the coated workpiece and performing a conversion coating process.
Removing foreign matter, such as dust and oil, from the surface and forming a conversion coating improves the paint's adhesiveness and the coated workpiece's rust resistance.
Electrodeposition coat system(E-coat system)
The E-coat system improves rust resistance by depositing e-coat paint, consisting of resin and pigment, onto the coated workpiece that was cleaned and treated with film conversion coating in the pre-treatment process.
Paint particles are deposited on the surface of the coated workpiece by immersing the material in a liquid containing electrically charged paint particles and then running electricity through the material.
This system is used in the coated workpiece spray painting process. The booth in which spray painting is performed is designed to allow air to flow evenly in one direction to prevent dust from adhering to the coated workpiece and the paint from splattering.
Air Make Up System
This system supplies the required air into the booth to ensure the painting quality.
The system consists of an air supply fan to ensure airflow, a filter to prevent dust from entering the booth, and a device to create a specified temperature and humidity level.
The drying oven uses various heat sources used to dry and bake the applied paint and moisture on the product.
Cooling units and deodorizing units are also provided as ancillary equipment.
Heat treatment Furnace
The heat treatment oven is used in various industries for quenching, tempering, and annealing.
Heat treatment is performed with optimum temperature control for metallic and plastic parts.
The paint equipment affects the painting quality and amount of paint used.
