Surface Temperature Monitoring System
The surface temperature of equipment is captured by an infrared camera (thermography) and automatically analyzed.
This system allows for early detection of equipment problems and fire prevention by instantly and accurately visualizing abnormal temperature areas caused by hot air leaks, etc.

Instantly visualizing equipment trouble
With typical surface temperature control methods, it takes time from the occurrence of a temperature abnormality to issuing an alarm, which may delay the detection of the problem. This system, however, can detect abnormalities based on the difference in temperature from the past, enabling early detection and response.
Repair work based on analysis results
If repairs are required based on analysis results, we make optimal proposals incorporating improvements such as the addition of expansion joints, structural modifications, material changes, etc.
In addition, for areas where hot air could leak in the future (flanges, manholes, etc.), we propose changes to the exterior specifications of the insulating material to prevent fires, etc.
