Light Alloy Melting Furnace
This heat treatment furnace is used for the thermal refining of aluminum alloy parts.
Quenching is performed in the melting furnace (up to 550°C), and hardening and stabilizing are performed in the artificial aging furnace (up to 250°C).
Trinity provides support and maintenance for various certifications based on our long years of experience in operation.
・Equipment standards: Compliant with aerospace material specifications such as AMS2750.
・Trinity's original hot air circulation system achieves high-accuracy temperature distribution:±6℃/±3℃
・Rapid quenching: A quenching delay of 5 seconds or less is realized.
Box-type Furnace
This heat treatment furnace is used for molding and bonding plastic parts (CFRP, etc.).
The furnace is compatible with temperature control and treatment records corresponding to the product's heat pattern.
By adding a vacuum system, the furnace can also be used as a resin-curing furnace.
・Trinity's original hot air circulation system achieves high-accuracy temperature distribution: ±3°C.
