Features

Reducing quality defects with outlet control

Until now, operators have had to frequently service the filter at the pump outlet. Now, clogging of the filter can be detected by automatically controlling the pressure at the paint outlet to a constant level.
This allows maintenance to be performed appropriately, reducing work hours.
In addition, since there is no drop in paint flow or outlet pressure due to clogging of the filter, quality defects caused by insufficient discharge, etc., can be reduced.

Improved pressure tracking

With multi-stage PID control, the pressure at the paint outlet can be tracked better, allowing operation at a constant pressure even if the discharge rate of each paint equipment differs.
