Features

Save energy with compact drying oven

By downsizing the space inside the drying oven for post-painting, compared to the conventional type, the energy consumption of the drying oven is reduced. By optimizing the nozzle layout, the fluctuation of the workpiece temperature rise inside the drying oven is reduced, enabling efficient temperature rise and energy saving.
In addition, the paint can be dried uniformly, which contributes to improved product quality.

Shorter heating time by adopting an air-saving nozzle

An air-saving nozzle (air delivery nozzle) that can efficiently deliver hot air is adopted and positioned where it is difficult to raise the temperature of the part being dried. This nozzle reduces the heating time and realizes energy-saving drying.
In addition, the air-saving nozzle draws in hot air around the nozzle and increases the flow rate, thereby reducing the amount of circulating air by 50% compared to conventional models.
