Trinity Industrial Corp. has set forth the following Privacy Policy with the understanding that when there is a need to collect, use, and provide personal information, it is a corporation's social responsibility to observe Personal Information Protection Laws and related laws and ordinances, etc., and handle any such information in an appropriate manner. Terminology used in the Privacy Policy complies with laws related to the protection of personal information.

1.Compliance

Trinity Industrial Corp. strives to observe Personal Information Protection Laws and related laws and ordinances, etc., (including guidelines for Personal Information Protection Laws), and protect personal information.

2.Preparation of Safety Control System

Trinity Industrial Corp. shall clarify a system of responsibility for handling personal information. In-house rules shall be prepared to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, and shall protect personal information. When employees handle personal information, Trinity shall appropriately supervise the employees so that the safety of the relevant personal information is managed.

3.Collection and Use of Information

The purpose of the collecting personal information shall be clarified beforehand, and the gained information shall be used only within the Purpose of Utilization.

4.Appropriate Management of Information

Trinity shall strive to ensure that the correct and latest content is maintained within the Purpose of Utilization of personal information. In addition, necessary measures shall be taken to ensure that personal information is not leaked or lost, etc.

Handling of Personal Information by Trinity

In our business activities, there may be causes when the customer's personal information including address, name, zip code, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, resume or transcripts are collected.This personal information shall be used for the following purposes.

• In case of person applying for employment, to determine hiring and as means of contact
• To respond to inquiries, opinions, comments, and request for materials from customers
• To provide information on products or services handled by Trinity Industrial Corp. and each company in the Trinity Group

Provision of personal information to third party

Trinity Industrial Corp. shall not provide personal information to a third party except in the following cases.

1. 1) Cases in which prior consent is received from customer
2. 2) Cases which are based on laws and ordinances
3. 3) Cases in which the provision of personal data is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the customer
4. 4) Cases in which the provision of personal data is specially necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the customer
5. 5) Cases in which the handling of personal information is necessary for cooperating with a state institution, a local public body, or an individual or entity entrusted by one in executing operations prescribed by laws and in which obtaining the consent of the customer might impede the execution of the operations concerned

In the following cases, the individual or entity receiving such personal data shall not be deemed a third party

1. A) Cases in which Trinity Industrial Corp. entrust the handling of personal data in whole or in part within the scope necessary for the achievement of the Purpose of Utilization
2. B) Cases in which personal data is provided as a result of the succession of business in a merger or otherwise
3. C) Cases in which personal data is used jointly between specific individuals or entities and in which this fact, the items of the personal data used jointly, the scope of the joint users, the purpose for which the personal data is used by them, and the name of the individual or entity responsible for the management of the personal data concerned is, in advance, notified to the person or put in a readily accessible condition for the person
