Multi-stage strainer
The multi-stage strainer discharges foreign matter removed from the coated workpiece to outside the system.
The processing liquid is passed through a multi-stage wire mesh strainer, which collects lint and other foreign matter with low specific gravity.

Reduce contaminants carried over to following processes
By passing the processing liquid through a multi-stage strainer, more suspended dust, a contaminant, is collected, thereby reducing the amount of contaminant carried over to the following process.
Reduce cleaning and maintenance
A single-stage strainer must be cleaned every time it clogs, but with a multi-stage (6-stage) strainer, even if the first stage becomes clogged, foreign matter can be collected in the second and following stages. Cleaning is not required until all stages are clogged, eliminating the need for daily cleaning and maintenance.
