The coating process includes various steps such as pretreatment, e-coating, prime coating, top coating, and drying. Each step requires many processes to heat and cool water, chemicals, air, etc. To help realize a sustainable society and earth, Trinity develops and provides technologies and systems that reduce energy consumption, CO₂ emissions, and water consumption in these steps and contribute to reducing the environmental impact of our customers' factories.

Trinity integrates technology and know-how developed over the years with various hardware, software, and IT to improve safety, quality, and productivity and digitizes information related to painting systems, including system planning, development, design, manufacture, and installation.

T-Labo (Trinity Coating Laboratory)

T-Labo is a painting system that can verify the quality of the paint coat. The painting robots and various painting devices installed in the painting booth can perform painting tests using various coated workpieces and paints.
By incorporating our expertise in painting methods using digital technology, we can verify the optimum painting environment and conditions to solve our customers' problems. We propose solutions ranging from manpower saving to selecting painting methods and equipment.

3D Engineering

Trinity uses 3D CAD to design systems in a three-dimensional space.
We conduct 3D modeling of various facilities, including the building, and conduct a 3D design review with the customer in advance.
By confirming safe construction methods and procedures, the system operation and work lines, and serviceability in advance, we can perform high-quality work safely and in a short period of time.

3D Laser Scanning

We use 3D laser scanners to measure the actual site, such as a plant, and combine the data with drawings. These drawings are used to eliminate interference and other problems, and the completed images are shared with the customer.
By utilizing the 3D laser scanners and point cloud data, we provide safe work from planning to installation and shorten lead time.

Fluid Analysis〈Optimizing the system functions〉

We use computers to calculate and visualize the flow of heat and fluids (water, air, etc.) and develop and design efficient systems with little waste.
For all heat, water, and air elements, we utilize our experience and achievements to incorporate simulation data on fluid flow and trends in various systems into our designs and find the most appropriate and efficient facility requirements.
Analysis by system designers allows the output of highly reliable results that are in line with the actual product.

Structure Analysis〈Optimizing the system structure〉

Computers are used to calculate and visualize stress, deformation, etc. applied to structures, leading to optimal designs that do not damage or increase equipment beyond what is necessary.
We understand various requirements, such as the complex shapes and loads of equipment and structures, and use our structural analysis capabilities to propose optimal systems that are safe (earthquake-resistant), lightweight, and low-cost.
Structural designers analyze the structure to output highly reliable results that are in accordance with the actual structure.
