Powder Coating (Electric Field Power)

Powder Coating (Electric Field Power)

Powder coating is a process in which powdered paint is applied directly to the coated surface, heated, and dried to form a coating film.
Trinity offers powder coating as a package option for our painting equipment.
The "Electric Field Power*" method, in particular, can achieve high coating quality.

Solve these issues
・Improvement of coating quality
・Saving of equipment space
・Reduction of maintenance

Features

Achieve high coating quality by controlling film thickness

By adjusting the powder concentration, a wide range of film thickness control is possible, from 20 µm at the bottom to 150 µm at the top.
Also, in addition to the high application efficiency onto the paint, the electric power lines formed at low voltages are sufficiently attracted to the workpiece so that the edges do not become thicker, and a uniform film thickness is obtained over the entire coating area.

Compact and low-maintenance

The ALL-IN-ONE package requires only about half the installation space compared to the electrostatic gun system.
Fewer consumable parts are required, making the system easy to manage and cost-effective.

Improve paint yield

The circulation system in the equipment reduces paint degradation and improves paint usage efficiency.

Applications

Applications
・Automobile parts
(Coiled springs, stabilizers, motors)
