This environmental protection device uses heat to oxidize, decompose, and purify odorous substances, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), dioxins, and other harmful substances released in the paint drying process, etc.
【Package RTO】
A compact RTO has been realized by integrating all components as a package.
The compact RTO can be transported by trailer, and installation of the main unit can be completed in about 1.5 days, which is much shorter than the time required for conventional RTOs.
Recovery of waste heat from deodorizing system
The heat from the oven and deodorizing system is recovered and reused for heating water and other materials in the pretreatment and e-coat systems, thereby reducing the amount of steam and other thermal energy used.
