TRINITY VISION 2030
~ Bringing a sustainable future to the earth through technology ~

TRINITY VISION 2030, developed in 2017, is a vision of where Trinity wants to be in 2030, the 50th anniversary of our founding. In this vision, our “employees with a strong mindset” create a positive circle by creating the “best products and workmanship” that lead to “impressing and making customers happy” and ultimately building up “Trinity FANs.”

However, the business environment in which we operate is changing daily. The automotive industry, our main customer base, has entered a “Once in 100 Years Revolution.” In addition, SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and efforts for a sustainable earth and society are becoming increasingly important.

Considering these drastic changes in the business environment, we revised a part of our vision in March 2022. The message “Bringing a sustainable future to the earth through technology” expresses our wish to contribute to a sustainable earth and society through Trinity’s technological capabilities. We cannot realize our vision unless every employee of Trinity is motivated and content in both their work and family life. From this belief, we have made it clear that our vision includes the “employee happiness.”

Trinity will continue to take on the challenge of realizing our vision to be a company that fulfills the needs of society and the earth in the future.

Mid-term Business Strategy
(2022-2025)

To realize TRINITY VISION 2030, we have identified the issues we must address by 2025 as our mid-term business strategy. While strengthening our existing initiatives and building a solid foundation, we will aim for further growth through technological innovations and the development of new markets and customers.

Overview

Contribute to sustainable society through the power of technology with agility and initiatives to lead “Once in 100 years Revolution”- Create a solid foundation , further growth -

New initiatives to be strengthened - Proactive cultivation of new markets and customers for further growth -

Paint and Application Systems Division will work on technological innovations centered on carbon neutrality, further expanding sales to the non-automotive industry, developing new products, and increasing profits from coating equipment. The Trinity Group will also leverage synergies to contribute to carbon neutrality for customers worldwide.

Automotive Parts Division will work to meet customers’ expectations by increasing the production of large molded products, expanding into new areas such as different industries, and building a flexible production system capable of handling various types and quantities of products.
