Reduce e-coat paint usage with multi-stage energizing control

In typical 2-stage energizing control, the film thickness on small coated workpieces tends to be excessive because constant energizing is applied regardless of the size of the coated workpiece.
By contrast, multi-stage energizing control (4-stage control in the Trinity system) enables precise film thickness control tailored to each car model, resulting in uniform e-coat paint film thickness and reduced e-coat paint use.
