Technical Area
At TTSC, we utilize artificial intelligence and simulation technologies to develop and validate both new and core technologies that aim to optimize painting systems.
We conduct painting trials under various conditions on a wide range of products, from large items like automobiles and construction machinery to smaller items such as automotive interior parts and home appliances, covering numerous fields and sizes.
Co-Creation Solutions Area
In this section, we highlight technologies and products that contribute to carbon neutrality, as well as digital technologies, including IoT, through various models and real-world examples.
Through discussions inspired by our exhibits, we work with our customers to explore challenges in greater depth, co-create optimal proposals, and develop new solutions.
Research/Measurement and Analysis Area
Our high-precision measurement and analysis capabilities enable us to visualize and quantify various phenomena. We perform evaluations and analyses that support technological development and improve quality.
By assessing component dimensions, surface characteristics, coating cross-sections, and paint properties, we help to clarify existing challenges.
