Paint and Application Systems Department

• In-house seminars for worker training and education, including work supervisor training and special education
• Safety PDCA cycle activities with construction confirmation meetings and review meetings held with cooperating companies
• Safety experience training aiming to improve sensitivity to safety
• Construction and cleaning work at customer site
• Safety Patrols Safety training and audits at bases in Japan and overseas

Automotive Parts Department

• Various qualification training, such as foreman training
• Work safety experience and training aiming to increase sensitivity to safety
• Reduction of potential risks and hazards in the workplace using risk assessment
• Holding of site work observation meetings, and activities to improve observations
• Weekend construction and cleaning work at factory site Safety Patrols
• Disaster prevention activities with HIYARI-HATTO suggestions
