Dry Booth
This dry-type dust collector uses a high-efficiency filter.
Paint mist (dust) generated during the painting process is collected without using water.
- Solve these issues
- ・Reduction of CO₂ emissions
・Reduction of running costs
・Improvement of maintenance performance
Features
Realizing a dry dust collector with a high-efficiency filter
In a conventional booth, water is used to collect paint mist that has not adhered to the coated workpiece. By developing a highly efficient filter capable of processing large air volumes, we have realized dry dust collection (waterless) that eliminates the need for water circulation.
Helping to reduce environmental loads
By eliminating the circulating water for dust collection, the pressure loss is minimized, and the load on the fan can be reduced.
This also reduces the amount of air circulating in the booth and the heat generated by air conditioning, which helps reduce the environmental load.
Improve maintenance performance by eliminating water
Eliminating circulating water for dust collection reduces wastewater treatment costs and the use of additive chemicals.
In addition, maintenance is improved since cleaning is limited to replacing the filter.
