Bazooka iron particle removal system
This system sprays a large volume of washing water to wash away iron particles, lint, etc. that have accumulated inside the coated workpiece, preventing them from being carried over to subsequent processes.

Features
High washing force
Inside areas of the coated workpiece, difficult to reach with a spray, can be washed.
A large volume (approx. 250 L) of washing water is used at the entrance of the pre-treatment system to wash away large debris, suppressing the clogging of filters and other equipment in the following process.
Save energy in the pre-treatment process
While discharging large volumes of washing water with a pump requires electricity, the Bazooka iron particle removal system reduces power consumption because water is collected in a tank and released all at once.
