Trinity utilizes its own, independently developed technology, an expertise originating in painting technology, to move steadfastly forward in the development into the automobile parts sector. Currently its efforts are centered on the painting and partial assembly of engine head covers, and pressurized water printing for the printing of curved surfaces in order to reproduce a natural texture in formed plastic interior parts such as the center cluster and arm rest base. This involves a full range of task development from die design and casting to forming, surface processing and assembly.
By continuing to develop its proprietary painting processes, Trinity has not only brought about an evolution in the sophistication of its technology, but enabled itself to assess with exacting accuracy the needs of its clientele who use paint plants and painting technology.
